Our board is committed to providing all our customers and stakeholders with transparent, easy to understand, complete and accurate information that meets their needs, so they can judge and compare our service performance and how we are protecting the environment.
Each year we review the strengths and weaknesses of the information we provide and how it is assured.
Information Assurance Statement 2016 gives the results of this review, together with a progress update on improvements we have committed to make in our Assurance Plan 2016 published earlier this year.
We expect to publish a new draft Assurance Plan for consultation in early 2017.
