Fishing bookings information for customers

We have introduced a new online booking system for our fisheries to enable customers to book in advance of their visit.

As well as helping to maintain social distancing at our fisheries this online system will help to:

  • improve the experience for all customers
  • ensure the number of people on site is well managed
  • guarantee availability for all customers on arrival, including boats

All customers are now asked to book in advance and online wherever possible.

 

How do I make a booking?

The step-by-step guide below explains how to make a booking for a standard day or evening ticket.

1. Click the book now  button.

2. To manage your bookings easily and quickly, we recommend that you create an account – to do this click the sign in button in the top right. Alternatively you can book as a guest and create an account later.

3. Select your chosen fishery.

4. Choose the date you would like to visit or click next date for the one next available.

5. Click book now on the product type you require, eg, day, evening or season ticket.

6. Choose the number or type of tickets you require, eg, adult, concession, junior.

7. Check the timeslot selected – it will preselect the shorter day. If you are leaving before 3pm please use this option to enable others to book an evening session. There is no additional charge to book a full day but you must select that option to do so.

8. If you have a discount code, click apply promo or voucher and enter it now.

9. Click proceed.

10. To add a boat to your booking, click on the boat type and continue – this will automatically book it for the same date and duration of your ticket.

11. Enter your personal details – these are used by your bank to authenticate your payment. Your booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

12. Review and accept the terms and conditions before clicking continue.

13. Enter your payment details using our secure payment gateway.

14. When the payment is complete and your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email notification which includes the booking reference number and tax invoice/receipt. Please ensure you have this available on the day as proof of payment and booking.
