Our charges

Our charges are set annually according to price limits agreed with Ofwat, the industry regulator, every five years.

Bill increases

From 1 April 2025, our charges are increasing. These increases are largely due to the increased investment requirements in our 2025-2030 business plan, as well as the impact of inflation. Find out more about why bills are set to increase.

Price rises are always unwelcome so we can help with your water bill if you are struggling to pay. In addition, we offer advice on how to save water and money.

If you’re not on a meter, find out how much you could save by using our estimated water bill calculator.

Metered charges

Applicable to homes that are billed according to meter readings.

These charges are made up of standing charges and charges for water used. The standing charge for sewerage varies based on whether a property is connected for rainwater drainage.
