This form can only be submitted by debt advisers – use it to apply for Assist or Restart on behalf of your client.

If we provide your water supply services and you want to switch to a meter, use this form to request one.

Meter revision form

Use this form to switch back to unmetered charges (subject to certain conditions).

Wastewater allowances

Rainwater drainage allowance application

If all the rainwater from your property does not return to our sewer, use this form to apply for a rainwater drainage allowance.

Flushing allowance application

If you’re on a water meter and have had to run your tap, use this form to apply for a flushing allowance.

Leakage allowance application

If a leak, which has now been repaired, has increased your bill, use this form to apply for a leakage allowance.
