Paying your bill should be hassle free, which is why we offer you a variety of payment options.
Pay by Direct Debit
Choose a payment day that suits you, while also spreading your bill over monthly payments.
Pay by card
If you have a payment reference number you can pay online with a debit or credit card without having to log in.
Set up an online account
Having an online account means you can download copies of your bill, change your details, go paperless and pay your bills.

Pay by internet or mobile banking
Paying your bill online is simple and secure. Make a payment to us by setting up a new payee using the following details:

Payment should be made to Bristol Wessex Billing Services Ltd, and you will need to quote the 13-digit reference number shown in the box on the payment slip (beginning with 20).
Pay by phone
You can pay your bill over the phone by debit or credit card using our automated, 24-hour phone line.
Please call 0345 600 1019 with your card details ready.
Pay by post using a cheque
Write your customer number on the back of your cheque and post it with the payment slip to:

Cheques should be made payable to BWBSL. Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques.
Pay at a Payzone
You can make payments at a local shop with Payzone.
To pay your bill at a Payzone, take your bill and payment in cash to your nearest outlet.
Pay at your bank
Paying your bill is free at most banks but it's worth checking beforehand to be sure.
Take your payment slip, bill and cash or cheque to the counter at your bank or building society.
Pay at the Post Office
To pay your bill at the Post Office, you will need to bring your payment slip, bill and cash or cheque.
