We aim to provide you with the very highest levels of service, but if we don’t meet our promises you could be entitled to compensation.

If you need additional support due to age, ill health, disability, mental health or a temporary change in your personal situation, we are here to help.

We’re sorry you feel you need to complain to us – let us know if you think our service has fallen below its usual standards and we will do everything we can to resolve it.

In some cases the Consumer Council for Water will not be able to deal with your complaint.

If you have suffered an injury or experienced damage to your property or vehicle and you think we are responsible, you can make an insurance claim.

Our codes of practice detail how water is supplied and services are provided to customers. These codes are in place to provide the best possible service.
