Recite Me aims to make our website more accessible to everyone. If you find it hard to read online or English is not your first language, Recite Me will help you to access content on our website more easily. Live chat

If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech difficulties our live chat service enables you to instant message with one of our team. They can help you if you have a query about your bill, your account or the services you receive from us. This service is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday mornings.

British Sign Language (BSL)

If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech difficulties our video call service Sign Live is a free service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter and a member of our team.

CSS

We have used Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control the visual layout of the site. If your browser does not support CSS or you choose to override our style sheet with browser settings, the site is still readable/usable.

Screen size

In all browsers holding down the CTRL button and scrolling the mouse wheel up and down will zoom the entire site up or down in size accordingly.

Images

All images include the "ALT" attribute.

Navigation

The primary sections of the site are always available via the main navigation menu that runs along the top of the page. The contents of these sections can be accessed via the side navigation.
