Assist is for those struggling to pay who need a large discount on their bill. You do not need to receive benefits to apply.

What do you need to apply? 

To apply for Assist you will need to complete and submit an income and expenditure form through IE Hub.

Once we have your application, we'll let you know if you have been accepted within five working days.
